Dead Links[edit]

The Army, Navy, and Marines external links are dead. I did a quick search of the army's webpage to see if I could locate the correct page, but to no avail. Anyone else want to check that out? Laytonsmith14 (talk) 07:28, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

On the page there is a picture of an honor guard from Moscow, yet the article talks only about the USAF Honor Guard. I propose that the picture is changed to a picture of the USAF honor guard or that the article is re-written to reflect the international types of honor guards--Cadet_hastings 19:04, 25 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. Perhaps this article should be renamed US Honor Guard, as it does not have any information on honor guards in general. Anyone else agree?--142.162.32.24 22:25, 29 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I Object, The article should have more written to it and be recomposed. It should start with a History section then a section describing general styles of uniform and duties, then it should list specifics. I think this page should include; something on the Kremlin Guards, Household Cavalry, The Greek guards in athens, the swiss guard at the vatican and should mention the Police in the US section. Honor guard and guard of honor[edit]

What is the difference between a honor guard and a guard of honor? /B****n (talk) 07:38, 14 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You may want to try asking at WP:Reference desk. -- œ 09:59, 9 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
