Quoted text[edit]

The lengthy chunk of quoted text should be moved from the article to Wikisource. --Ghirla -трёп- 12:31, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I agree. It was added in anger simply b/c I asked that a references section be provided. I tried to remove the quoted text but leave the citations, but that was reverted. Frater Xyzzy 15:57, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Frater Xyzzy, removing central information, such as this Later she was hired by Vanlade's grand-children to kill his son Visbur[1] that is not part of a long quote may be a mistake the first time. However, can you explain why you suddenly remove quotes in this article[2], letting sentences hanging in the air without explanation as to their existence? Is it trolling or vandalism?--Berig 16:36, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Neither, I asked you to add reference links and instead you added long quotes. I tried to fix it, but apparently didn't get it completely back to the original. You are free to fix what you will, but the original/translation quotes never belonged here, I never asked for them, I simply asked for you to provide reference citations. I don't know what kind of quotophobia you are suffering from Frater Xyzzy, but consciously removing quotes from an article so that it becomes incomprehensible is either trolling or vandalism, whichever way you turn it.--Berig 16:57, 8 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Holda and Huld comparison[edit]

HOlda page sends people to this Huld page about her being a parallel spinning goddess? Seems important to note, if true. Goldenrowley 17:32, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, virtually all women in those days were spinners, and Huldr and Holda appears to be the same name.--Berig 17:50, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
