Lyrics Error?[edit]

I have listened to the song a few times and looked up the lyrics on a bunch of different websites, and I believe most of these websites to be in error. The lines that read:

"They say our love won't pay the rent

Before it's earned our money's often spent
I guess that's so, we don't have a ____
But at least I'm sure of all the things we got."

I have seen inserted in that blank the words pot, lot, and plot. Based on the context and close listening, I believe the correct lyric to be plot. Anyway, I thought the fact that it is misspelled so often worth mentioning in the article.

Duet with R.E.M.[edit]

I believe YouTube links are permitted on talk pages, so this is my visual reference to my edit. - Dudesleeper / Talk 00:14, 1 May 2008 (UTC)

bob dylan[edit]

Why is the Bob Dylan version of the song from Groundhog Day not listed here? LedRush (talk) 21:42, 31 May 2009 (UTC)

Dude, that's not Bob Dylan, that's Sonny & Cher! Abrazame (talk) 01:05, 1 June 2009 (UTC)

Even so, Groundhog Day was pretty significant. It deserves a mention! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.2.42.116 (talk) 16:53, 23 February 2011 (UTC)

Every hour on KHJ (AM)?[edit]

At this forum site contributor Max says: "Sonny went to radio station KHJ and asked them to play "I Got You Babe" once every hour (in exchange for granting that station exclusive rights to that song). Because the response to "I Got You Babe" was so favorable, Atco was forced to give that song the A-side designation." Is there any better source for this claim?
