Wrong, this whole page is inaccurate. There are ancient Sumerian tablets: The Seven Tablets of Creation also called the Enuma Elih shocking the world that there is another story of the creation of the world and other life forms, and the Book of Enoch; discussing an early Hebrew patriarch being taken up "And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him" (Gen 5:24) but Enoch being taken up in their space ship crosses the earth as well as the solar system. Enoch accounts specific details telling the whole story with astronomical information on how the earth was set up as well as the life forms that took him. The Catholic Church/Establishment has known about these texts and the "Igigi"; who are "Those who See" as well as scientific information about the solar system and planet. The Lost Book of Enki has an introduction by Sitchens of what put him in the position to work to translate 14 Fourteen tablets and write his books which are translations of the 14 Fourteen Sumerian Clay Tablets and they discuss the "IgIgI" who also maintain a base on Mars and here on Earth (Tiamat) we have a long history of cave paintings, thousands of testimonies, and ancient writings about what we now know as “The Watchers” aka “The Greys”, notorious for their large eyes appropriately named:"Those Who See". The Watchers are the IgIgI. There are many additional texts that discuss them but I would recommend starting with what you know probably the Bible then become familiar with and read the works of Mauro Biglino's Exact Translations of the words of the Hebrew text.

You find all of these sources on the internet and at the Library of Congress. Myth is just a terrible word for the ignorant I recommend removing it from all of Wikipedia and your vocabulary. Etymology[edit]

A previous IP editor blanked the entire etymology section with a rather grumpy statement that it was nonsense written by amateurs. I wasn't sure whether this was just one expert being grumpy about another expert with whom they disagreed, or a genuine reflection on the text. I checked the references. The John Heise reference doesn't look great, but it looks like he might know what he's talking about. The rest looked like a bunch of fringe mystic stuff and my feeling was the IP editor might be right. I've therefore very, very tentatively put the Heise bit back in, but I am not a Sumerian/Akkadian person. This desperately needs a second opinion from someone who knows what they're talking about. Someone's musings.[edit]

Someone wrote the following in the introduction:

Enoch wrote a book about the watchers. I noted,True the reading of his book,that at least three different names are used to qualified the watcher's. The first one that I founded was "Falling angels" & it is abundantly use to qualified them. I also founded the name Igigis . Enoch mention that 200 of them came down on earth to choose woman's. Defying Annunaki's rules, by getting offsprings with humans women's. Giving birth to giants & Titans, multiplying on the surface of the earth, causing humans to slave, working their entire days,to feed them.
