This page does not contain any info that is not contained in Nachos. The subject is notable only in connection with Nachos, and all the biographical information which seems to be known about him is already part of that article. A cartoon depicting this man will be seen millions of times today. Agreed. Maybe "Bbb23" have nothing else to do? I personally see no other reasons for this AfD. The subject is notable. It's not only Google Doodle that makes him notable, but also the fact that he invented nachos. There is a photo of Ignacio that pops up with a search of him which leads to Wikipedia.
