EC wrong[edit]

This is, in fact, EC 1.13.11.52 not 42. --Ayacop (talk) 18:38, 31 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Should mention two isoforms inc IDO2[edit]

Should mention two isoforms and clarify if IDO2 from same or different gene. Also Epacadostat and BMS-986205 are selective inhibitors of IDO1 [1]. Indoximod inhibits IDO2. - Rod57 (talk) 31 August 2017‎

IDO is only active in a low-oxygen (hypoxic) environment.[edit]

"IDO is only active in a low-oxygen (hypoxic) environment." says [2] - Rod57 (talk) 19:43, 25 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Could expand IDO inhibitors for cancer[edit]

Discussion of mixed results of clinical trials in [3]. Ideally find a better source with refs. IDO inibitors could usefully be a separate article because of multiple enzymes targeted. - Rod57 (talk) 08:21, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
