Sorry, I don't know enough about this subject to make edits, but I did find that large parts of the text is a literal copy/paste from the following website: http://www.miramarsailing.com/rya-sailing-school/day-skipper/international-certificate-of-competence-icc It might be a copyright issue, or not based on facts due to one-source only.
