Article name[edit]

I'm thinking this should be moved to the more general Introduced species in New Zealand so as to include all species, whether established in the wild and/or invasive, or not.

Links to specific species[edit]

Introduced vs Invasive[edit]

I'm not sure that it makes much sense to have these both in one article. As noted, almost without exception all are negative from the viewpoint of native species, but labelling sheep and trout invasive seems a bit silly. Similarly deer are introduced and invasive - but also farmed. Tricky. Snori (talk) 05:56, 19 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
