Later marijuana convict irrelevant to notability[edit]

Which is what the American Criminal category requires. As I said in my summary, this deletion pained me. But the category is clear. His notability is for the evil he did, but for which he was never tried or convicted. His conviction is a sad coda, and worth putting in the article, but it doesn't earn him the WP American Criminal designation, at least not as the category is currently defined.David in DC (talk) 19:32, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
