Notability of the subject is questioned[edit]

The subject of this entry is a mid-level bureaucrat in charge of a state agency, part-time university lecturer and owner of two restaurants. There is no indication that this person has met Wikipedia standards for notability. For example, there is no indication that he has received a well-known and significant award or honor or has been nominated for one several times. There no indication that the person has made a widely recognized contribution that is part of the enduring historical record in his specific field. Hence, the subject does not meet a single criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia. Thus, this entry is nominated for deletion due to lack of notability — Preceding unsigned comment added by TippTopp (talkcontribs) 18:17, 11 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He is a former member of both houses of the state general assembly. There is a clear and established standard that such individuals meet notability.EATC (talk) 21:22, 19 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I agree in this case due to the recency and length of his terms of office serving portions of Bucks County in State House and then State Senate. I provided Joe's last reference link confirming his employment with Fels. I met him once in person and talked to him once previously on the telephone, but that is irrelevant.
