This is a possible old copyright violation. See [1]. Therefore the text here should be reorganized and partly rewritten just in case. Otherwise it should be removed. --mav

I'd be happy to change the text, but I happen to be the author of both of these articles and didn't know this would be a problem. If you still think it is, please let me know. -- RC

Writing period is listed as up to 1992. He is listed to have died in 1991 Writing period information has been changed. Unless proof can be found of his post-mortem work...
