i call to attention the lack of neutrality in the first paragraph. "it is presented for the best work of literature (fiction, non-fiction, poetry, drama) from Britain or the Commonwealth written by an author under 35"

the best according to whom? this needs to be fixed, as well as the overall quality of the article. Lucastheory 07:36, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
