Master of the Rolls[edit]

The article states that he was appointed keeper of the rolls and records in the Tower in 1643, but he is not mentioned in the list in Master of the Rolls. Anyone? BoH 20:47, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mare liberum - WP:POV??[edit]

I've rewritten the § International law section, to clarify etc - rather than to alter the meaning. But I'm very uneasy about some of the terms used: "dismantle"? "pretensions"? "poach"?

I'm also aware tht the article on Mare liberum describes that work as scarcely mentioning this fishing dispute, and as occasioned by a very specific and important incident - as it indicates, clearly, in its long title!

Anyone with knowledge of these things care to intervene??
