I see the page is tagged with "reads like a dictionary definition". Let's fix that. We can expand the article (past just being just a definition) and can find some sources the state the top joint venture brokers. It can be either from the past year or cumulative. There also needs to wikilinks incorporated throughout the article linking to these top joint venture brokers so the reader can easily access them and look them up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
