Drug Song?[edit]
I take issue with who ever characterized "Shanty" as a "drug related song" just because it talks about smoking pot. The song is a celebration of 70's values such as just kicking back and enjoying life. And if you want a little green to help you along, so what? Fix us something good to eat and take time out to smile a little. We could use more of that these days. And by the way, there's always room for more, meaning people, or friends. Pretty inclusive I think. What a great song with a great message.
