Lou4506 (talk) 22:28, 19 June 2014 (UTC) Within the article of Josh Hutcherson's biography, there is a column about his sexuality. I believe a line should be added. Josh stated "But who knows? In a f**king year, I could meet a guy and be like, ‘Whoa, I’m attracted to this person." This indicates that he is open to dating men. This detail should be included in the sexuality column.

He was invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. I think this should be in the article. Source: http://www.latimes.com/entertainment/movies/moviesnow/la-et-mn-academy-members-new-diversity-20140626-story.html BeKay77 (talk) 08:52, 25 July 2014 (UTC)

Red information icon with gradient background.svg Not done for now: I have no real opinion on whether or not this info should be included, but on a cursory look through the wikipedia pages of all the other people named in this source, none of them mention this. Add 'Howl's Moving Castle' to his filmography[edit]

Hello. I really like the new changes. Great job! However, I do have some suggestions: 1.SBNN is an alliance he founded, I doubt that it should be under "Personal Life". I also don't see why his confirmed relationships with Vanessa Hudgens or Claudia Traisac should be omitted. Most of other Wikipedia pages about actors include confirmed relationships under "Personal Life". Sources: Vanessa Hudgens https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_zc4a0kGkA Claudia Traisac http://assets-s3.usmagazine.com/uploads/assets/articles/64033-josh-hutcherson-dating-claudia-traisac-see-the-costars-kiss/1372102864_josh-hutcherson-claudia-traisac-lg.jpg 2. I reckon that it will be better if the picture with Hudgens will be removed and some picture from the Hunger Games/Catching Fire/Mockingjay (red carpet/film itself) will be included near the "Continued Success Through Hunger Games" segment. 3. I think that his close friendship with Jennifer Lawrence with the relationship rumors should also be noted in Personal Life, as it is a broadly discussed subject. http://www.buzzfeed.com/lyapalater/times-jennifer-lawrence-and-josh-hutcherson-proved-they-a http://www.ibtimes.com/josh-hutcherson-reveals-feelings-jennifer-lawrence-actor-caught-kissing-new-girlfriend-claudia I hope I provided some useful suggestions. Thank you so much. WERSDF112 (talk) 14:01, 4 December 2014 (UTC)

Hello, and thanks for commenting. SBNN is an alliance he advocates, and the best spot for that is under personal life since it's not a main part of his career, it's something he promotes on his time. As for the relationships being omitted, perhaps User:Hullaballoo Wolfowitz can provide some more insight on why that was removed. I can see both sides to that kind of information being included. And for the picture, if a free-use image of anything Hunger Games/Catching Fire related is out there, we can use it. But out of the images that are uploaded to Wikipedia, there are none in the Hunger Games/Catching Fire time frame. Gloss 18:19, 4 December 2014 (UTC)

Hello again. I couldn't find any picture of Catching Fire red carpet. But here's Josh promoting Red Dawn on Letterman where he also talked about upcoming Hunger Games. https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Josh_hutcherson.png I think this will be more relevant to the article (and that specific section) and should be used instead of the one with Vanessa Hudgens, as their relationship is no longer mentioned. Thank you. WERSDF112 (talk) 19:20, 4 December 2014 (UTC)

That image isn't free-use, and will likely be deleted shortly. An image of a living person can not be uploaded unless it is your own or unless the author releases it for public use. Gloss 19:28, 4 December 2014 (UTC)

The source indicated after the statement that Adam Sandler is his inspiration doesn't mention Adam Sandler at all. He never cited Adam as one of his inspirations. And I still think that his relationships with Vanessa Hudgens and Claudia Traisac should be mentioned, as almost every other actor's/actress's personal relationships are included in their Wikipedia articles. Thank you. WERSDF112 (talk) 09:15, 28 December 2014 (UTC)

Hutcherson and Hudgens admitted that they were in a relationship in this interview - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I_zc4a0kGkA They were denying their relationship before, but Hutcherson clearly says that they date a while ago in this interview. WERSDF112 (talk) 13:50, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

@Mdann52: How about these 1 - http://abc7.com/archive/8507674/ 2 - http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/18/josh-hutcherson-and-vanes_n_1212160.html ? And why is there no mention of Claudia Traisac? I don't think there could be a more convincing source than this picture - http://assets-s3.usmagazine.com/uploads/assets/articles/64033-josh-hutcherson-dating-claudia-traisac-see-the-costars-kiss/1372102864_josh-hutcherson-claudia-traisac-lg.jpg WERSDF112 (talk) 18:28, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

There is no confirmation. That small quote about "we were but now we're not.. just kidding, we're good friends" doesn't provide us with anywhere near enough information to source a statement about the two being in an actual relationship. Also, there are no sources confirming Traisac and his relationship either. A picture is not enough. Gloss 18:44, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

@Gloss: We also cannot prove that they were not dating. Should we just remove both the photo and that sentence then? I don't see why it's necessary for the article. WERSDF112 (talk) 18:54, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

Pinging @Dr. Blofeld: for some help here. Gloss 20:01, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
Also, the pranking is something that has been discussed and covered by MANY interviews and media sources. It's become a big thing among all of THG cast members. Look at almost any interview and they're asked "who's the biggest prankster on set this year?" Gloss 20:11, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
I've moved it into the main THG paragraph, however, and out of the acting style section. Gloss 20:16, 30 December 2014 (UTC)
They're clearly very good friends, don't remove the photo. Perhaps just say he is a very close friend of Hudgens and leave it at that.♦ Dr. Blofeld 20:33, 30 December 2014 (UTC)

@Gloss: Okay, I do understand that. But what I don't understand is that why should the article mention his friendship with Hudgens (who he hasn't been publicly seen for years) and not mention his close friendship with Jennifer Lawrence, who even bought a house near him, so she could see him often? - http://www.popsugar.com/celebrity/Jennifer-Lawrence-Good-Morning-America-Video-36103485 and mention Avan Jogia with whom Josh has been friends since childhood? You can check his official Youtube for that. https://www.youtube.com/user/JawsSweetEyes WERSDF112 (talk) 13:25, 31 December 2014 (UTC)

The only reason Hudgens is mentioned is because of the "rumors" of a relationship between the two. Lawrence said that on GMA in a very joking matter, so it's not worth including. And if we included everybody's close friends on their articles, this encyclopedia would be nothing but wikias with trivia sections all over again. Gloss 17:22, 31 December 2014 (UTC)
