Heard across California[edit]

KOGO is on 600 AM in Redding, California (relay transmitter) to encompass the northern half of California, since San Diego is way down in the southern half next to Mexico. 600 AM was KXXL in the 1980s before it went off the air, a country/western station for Northern California north of Sacramento. I think KXXL meant 30 in roman numerals (a TV station on channel 30?) but the tower lies on the 40th north latitude. Adinneli (talk) 20:54, 4 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
