Notable filmography[edit]

Considering the heated arguments that we had in the past and the day-to-day edit wars, I'm really tired of reverting fanatics. So the best alternative is to do away with this section. Vensatry (Ping me) 05:40, 28 April 2013 (UTC)

It's okay if you are tired; the others will take care of it.:) Wikipedia is a mammoth project and it does not depend on any single editor. Putting a summary of notable filmography in an actor's bio is a good practice. Salih (talk) 07:39, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
When I say "I am" it collectively refers to some responsible good-faith editors apart from me. Keeping arguments (like what films to include) aside, I don't see a proper reason to include this section when the word notable itself is highly subjective. I always wanted to retain the section for some reason, but after seeing the page being altered daily with new films (often personal favorites) being added/removed, I don't think the article will be stable anymore. Also I'm not going to revert you since the article has already gone into a stage that is very far from the GA stuff. Good luck with maintaining the page. method actors[edit]

Please try to correct.

we can only use reliably published sources, not any old thing we find on google. Claims about living people require the highest standard of sourcing.. And we should only be using secondary sources. The guidance is pretty clear that " "Going down the Bollywood chute...with David Chute should not be used." —Ajith real7 (talk) 04:34, 29 April 2013‎ (UTC)
Are you really new to this project? Vensatry (Ping me) 08:35, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
the cut and paste use of other peoples edit summaries and content strikes me as very similar to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mealwaysrockz007/Archive. and [1] from the blocked sock and [2] from Aijith real7] pretty much seals the deal.-- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 09:11, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
and I have opened the case.~Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Mealwaysrockz007 -- TRPoD aka The Red Pen of Doom 09:29, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
No doubt, the account is a duck sock. JK (talk) 09:53, 29 April 2013 (UTC)
