Untitled[edit]

The two individuals are clearly the same person (the birth and death dates, the career, etc. are the same), only the transliterations are different. Both articles have their pluses and minuses, but since "Kan'ichi Asakawa" is the currently accepted modified Hepburn romanization of the name, it should be the main title of the merged page, with the other transliterations just redirected to this page. Merging will have to be done manually, however, to preserve the pluses of each. (Michitaro (talk) 14:43, 5 December 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Completed merge, using Kan'ichi Asakawa as final page, on 13 January, 2010. --Michitaro (talk) 00:31, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This may be useful in this article?
