This is the area sponsored by users of the text editor vim via iccf-holland.org, whose main goals are healthcare, education, and building up a human and material infrastructure (teachers, healthcare workers, a clinic, schools and supplies and clothing for children) to help the people there climb out of the AIDS crisis. source: vimdoc.sourceforge.net/htmldoc/uganda.html. I think this should be added to the article somewhere but it should not be an advertisement for a charity.
