the Kickass Torrents STAFF , have been notified of this page's existence . it is my understanding that they may desire to adopt it . i have attempted to update this page . but many up dates have been removed . please contact Kickass Torrents [1] before deleting . on the contacts list look for ; Mr White or Bubanee both KickassTorrents staff . thank you .

This is an encyclopedia, not a blog. KAT can not adopt a page, nor is it up to them what appears on this page. In fact, their opinion as to what is on this page, is no more important than any random person in the universe. Ignore the above, for this user does not understand wikipedia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 13:54, 18 May 2014 (UTC)

Malware-infested according to "CI Army"[edit] lists KaT as infested by malware and been for long. I believe this is valid. --rautamiekka (talk) 21:38, 8 April 2013 (UTC)

KickassTorrents is probably no more riddled with malware than other torrent sites. People take their own chances if they download programs with cracks, keygens etc.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 05:29, 9 April 2013 (UTC)
That's only 'probably'. Without someone specializing in this subject we can't assume it's clean. --rautamiekka (talk) 12:34, 13 April 2013 (UTC) domain[edit]

This did not last very long. It is not working at the time of writing, and TorrentFreak says that it was withdrawn due to technical issues.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 12:49, 12 April 2013 (UTC)

The only source that I could find mentioning the block in Belgium is here, which is a forum thread on the KAT site. This may be correct, but needs a better cite. The thread also points out that now redirects to (.to is the Tonga top level domain).--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 05:47, 25 August 2013 (UTC)

February 2014[edit]

KickassTorrents is down at the moment for reasons that are unclear.[2] However, since the downtime is fairly short at the moment, it is not worth giving breaking news in the article.--♦IanMacM♦ (talk to me) 07:14, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
