Edited bits, like the ridiculous claim of Lahti having a lot to offer education-wise (it's not NPOV, and the only "major" higher education institution that attracts people from outside is the Institute of Design, anyway) and removed the Matti Nykänen quote. The quote's translation completely missed the point of Nykänen's clueless tautology and had no significant relevance to the article.--Snowgrouse 04:29, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Population seems too high, At Lahti's own page it is about 98k and same is also on finnish Wiki. Korppi76 06:20, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
