The cited references do not support what this article says. I can find no reference to "liberation before education" ever being a _policy_ of the ANC. I am changing the article to reflect what the cited references say. Paul Beardsell (talk) 09:29, 18 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge or Delete[edit]
