By the numbers[edit]

I believe it refers to the average energy and water consumption of a similarly sized building. Or it could be in relation to the same building, but without any turbines or other energy-saving methods. But, I really have no clue as this does not describe, as you say, what the reduction is being compared to. Leitmanp (talk | contributions) 21:10, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
