Creation 16FEB13[edit]

I removed this from the American Viticultural Area article because it was poorly organised and in need of improvement. My intention is to develop this list and the article separately. The article can be expanded to discuss the legal conditions more, the purpose of an AVA, etc. If feasible, I would be interested in preparing a table for this list with the sizes of the AVAs, and other information. --ColonelHenry (talk) 15:38, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Useful tool for updates: http://www.ttb.gov/wine/pending_ava_list.shtml TTB Pending AVA / Perfected Petitions list (awaiting final rule)

Needs[edit]

  • Someone should create a separate Wikipedia article for the Elkton AVA, rather than just linking to the page about the town of Elkton. (And yes, that someone could be me. But not today.) OregonWineNerd (talk) 08:25, 10 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
