Museums "within the city limits"?[edit]

The intro of this article speaks of museums "within the city limits of Paris", but the first thing I noticed was the the "Musée de l'Air" is mentioned, although that museum is in the suburbs of Paris. I'm pretty sure it's not the only such example. So it needs to be decided whether this article should be limited to museums in Paris proper, or also list museums in its metropolitan area. I'd be inclined to think the list should be limited to Paris proper, or else it will be much too long as practically every town around Paris has at least one museum.--Munin75 (talk) 16:06, 10 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What about Fondation Alberto et Annette Giacometti?[edit]

Its mission is to preserve the legacy of Alberto Giocometti and they do exhibit his sculptures and the artworks of the other artists on temporary basis. Should it be considered a museum? Here is the link to the wiki-page and to the official website. --YuliaLim (talk) 11:58, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
