Kokomo.ca has many ref links on this page. I was working with it yesterday and there were no issues. If the site is not up and running within a reasonable period of time, I will re-source the Kokomo.ca links through Internet Archive.

I have no problem with moving the page back to its original title. The move was made without any notice and it was left to me to try cleaning up the wikilinks on the articles affected by the move so redirects weren't needed.We hope (talk) 14:04, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
