This is my first time communicating via a Talk page, forgive me if I make any errors.
So, this article has clearly been hit by vandals on and off over time, and if it wasn't apparent already it's due to the YoGPoD's 23rd Podcast episode where Simon peruses this article. It's such a minor event, it bares no relevance here and should not be noted, but people have taken to vandalism and (as hilarious as it is) it's severely compromised the integrity of the article. "Mexican Ferris Wheel" and "Sex on a ship" aren't convincing, and in fact, even "False broom rape" ("Splinterus maximus") is just more amusing as opposed to convincing - something which was even mentioned during the podcast episode long ago!
I guess I will do the old fashioned thing and get a Book from the Local Library and investigate the REAL Sweet Potato Diseases, to clear this mess up. Unless there's a Sweet Potato expert about? 94.15.104.25 (talk) 00:06, 21 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
