Caveat[edit]

A caveat for any administrators that haven't tried this yet. You need to be aware of your managed system's memory chunk size. If there is a large discrepancy in memory between your source and target system, it's possible that this will be different. It needs to be the same between servers.

We attempted to migrate a partition between a p6-520 with 32GB and a p6-550 with 256GB and it could not be done because of this.— Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.214.17.5 (talkcontribs) 17:07, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
