Oppose. WP:PRECISION says titles should be precise, but only as precise as necessary. In this case adding ", Bulgaria" is more precise than necessary, as Lovech already uniquely and accurately identifies the topic of this article with its commonly used name. --Born2cycle (talk) 08:30, 31 March 2011 (UTC)

Város means "city" in Hungarian. E.g. there's a quarter of Budapest called Ferencváros. Dunno if the Hungarians borrowed it from the Turks or vice versa, but varoş means "suburb(s), outskirt(s)" in Turkish. Quite curious... one of these words that can be found in several languages and their origin is unclear (like kukuruz). Todor→Bozhinov 19:42, 12 September 2006 (UTC)
