Is this notable?

This terminology and approach seems to be used only by Anant Agarwal in his MIT lectures. It might be better to simply redirect this to Kirchoff's circuit laws where the same thing is already adequately explained, and in more detail. SpinningSpark 10:56, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
