So, IP 71.81.137.167 wants to include the facts that Poles settled there earlier and that the area was previously part of Poland. That's all fine, but

  • don't remove credible sources
  • don't alter the statement of a source by moving the source
  • don't add sources which don't support the facts

The towns website doesn't state that Poles settled earlier in the area, that's why I removed this source again. And the town was founded inside the duchy of Wroclaw 15 years after Poland fragmented. I don't know why it needs to be mentioned that a forest was part of Poland before. Karasek (talk) 08:27, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If fact that the Poles settled there earlier and that the area was previously part of Poland. (Look at your own words) why t.f. you removed that info and the supported source?--24.182.186.67 (talk) 05:38, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Please read the given source and tell me where exactly this source mentions a earlier Polish settlement. I cannot find anything. Until a credible source clearly refers to a earlier settlement there is no need to mention Poland, since nothing existed there before the foundation of the town. Who cares about a forest?

'once again part of Poland'[edit]

This refers to the proagandistic claism of recovered lands and is not politically neutral. The Slavic settlements (even unclear whether one existed, see talk above) is so far back that 'once again' is just silly. It makes the false impression that the city was switching from PL to DE and back several times which is NOT the case. This could be said of maybe Danzig/Gdansk but not about places in Lower Silesia. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tino Cannst (talkcontribs) 06:41, 7 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
