Note[edit]

I gave here in the main article short explanation for behaviour of MANU reagding refusal of executive order(s) from the Government, with respect to ID of the MANU (or any other federal or national institution, under the Agreement) and the provisions-orders of the treaty that seems to contain controversial elements apparently inconsistent with the charachter of the domestic Constitution.178.148.119.189 (talk) 02:32, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, any international treaty aiming to change a national identity of the sovereign state appears to violate the jus cogens rights of the nation and could be subject to termination under the Article 53 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties (that states: "A treaty is void if, at the time of its conclusion, it conflicts with a peremptory norm of general international law."). — Preceding unsigned comment added by Academician.NYAS (talkcontribs) 11:04, 14 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Rosetta stone[edit]

I removed the picture and caption added by @81.92.59.74 on 20 July 2021 in the controversy section. It looked to be bad history and both authors seem to be working well outside their fields (electrical engineers doing work in Egyptology) and publishing in an inappropriate journal, but, also no evidence given that it was controversial or even in what way it was supported by the Academy (other than one author being a member).
