"Man From 1997"→"Man from 1997"[edit]

I've seen the actual show and the credits read "Man From 1997" as opposed to "Man from 1997," with "From" capitalized, which is the reason I set it up that way for the Wikipeida article. Jump Forward Immediately (talk) 16:09, 8 August 2014 (UTC)

A not-uncommon convention in various titling, over decades and even centuries, has been to use an initial cap for each word in the title, including conjunctions, prepositions and articles. Wikipedia article titles follow the guidelines specified in Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters#Composition titles. Users/editors who may wish to examine further the wide-ranging implications of this policy (not only focusing specifically on prepositions), are invited to visit the extensive recent discussion on this topic at Talk:A Boy Was Born#Requested move and subsequent Talk:A Boy Was Born#"A Boy was Born" vs "A Boy Was Born" in the text and Talk:A Boy Was Born#Should the lead sentence include the phrase "(correctly titled A Boy was Born)"?. Incidentally, for technical purposes of proper alphabetical sorting of titles within the "listas=" parameter in the above template {WikiProject Television|episode-coverage=Yes|class=Stub|importance=high|listas=Man From 1997}, all the words are rendered with an initial cap. —Roman Spinner (talk)(contribs) 22:34, 10 August 2014 (UTC)
