"Bipolar patients during acute manic phase should not be treated." Oh, Really ? bad article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.70.202.20 (talk) 21:55, 17 August 2008 (UTC)

I agree; this is misleading! It should say that patients in the manic phase of bipolar affective disorder should not be treated with antidepressants (which can worsen mania). Edited accordingly. RudolfCardinal (talk) 18:01, 22 November 2009 (UTC)

[edit] My experience with ludiomil

I took Ludiomil long time ago for depression; what they call major depression. I got rapid

response with it. I took 1/2 tab of orange pill. I feel it was better than other drugs for the treatment of depression. I believe if my memory is correct, that I took it after taking high doses of ativan. For those depressed, it may be an alternative to "newer" anti-depressents that are expensive. I was surprised that it is still around. From my experience with anti- depressents, I have found them to depress you somewhat between normal and super major depression where all you want to do is to sleep all of the time and after a while you cannot sleep because you have over slept. I recommend Ludiomil for those that other anti-depressants aren't effec- tive. It's worth a try (my experience as a patient)! 38.184.1.101 (talk) 01:02, 26 August 2009 (UTC) Hisashi Bob Iwahashi
