Getting rid of the advertisement-like tone[edit]

This article definitely needs some improvements, mainly in the areas I marked down as such. I do not know (as a mere copy editor) how exactly these sections should be changed, but someone more qualified should definitely take a look at this. Bruberu (talk) 19:02, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Section removal[edit]

I don't think separate manufacture or advantages sections are necessary/appropriate. Proper revamping of the main body should allow their total removal. Even the section of property modifications could be a single main body listing paragraph. Mothpox (talk) 13:59, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I just modified the text. My first edit. I only now opened an account. The text was written by an employee in the area and is somewhat business oriented, but they know the area well. The sections can be merged. That for me is a matter of judgement. However in my opinion two changes are needed, which I as a beginner hesitated to make. The last paragraph in the "using masterbatches" section belongs in the "applications" section. And more critically the applications in the "applications" section refer to the additives and not the masterbatch, which is merely a means of adding the additives. Better would be simply a link to an additives page (I am a chemist but not in the area of polymers, so somone else needs to do this).--Bosula (talk) 10:07, 4 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
