Dubious assertion[edit]

"Whereas other vessels designed for Amundsen's polar explorations, the Gjøa and Fram, have been preserved at the maritime museum at Bygdøy, "

This is dubiuous. The Fram was designed for Nansen's polar explorations. Not Amundsens. He was its third owner a long time after it was designed.Eregli bob (talk) 14:31, 9 August 2011 (UTC)
