Title[edit]

Wait... What is "grammatically incorrect" about the original title? In my long experience as an English teacher and speaker, I can honestly say it actually seems to be the other way around: the given title "Me and the chimp" is grammatically incorrect, since "me" is an object pronoun, and the correct construction should be "The chimp and I". I mean, this is supposedly just two subjects (the chimp and I), and I have no idea why anyone would consider them as objects of a sentence like "This show is about me and the chimp". Isn't that famous movie called "The king and I"? - 2804:14C:5B84:9391:5014:82ED:AE7E:EBC9 (talk) 16:46, 27 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
