Yes, if you'd like to upload another photo under a suitable license, Rob or another Wikipedia user can help you do that if needed. But I do want to make clear that Ms. Hollingsworth herself doesn't really have the right to decide what photo Wikipedia can or can't use of her — Wikipedia users get to evaluate whatever photos are actually available for our use and to decide among them ourselves. So if she doesn't like the photo at hand, she certainly has the option of providing another one that she's willing to release under a GFDL or public domain license — but until we actually have an alternate image available and properly licensed for us to use, it isn't really her prerogative to dictate that we can't use the only photo we have. I would just add that even if a new image is uploaded, it is still possible that the consensus on this talk page would be to maintain the existing image. For the same reason that an article subject does not get to dictate if an image is used or not, similarly the article subject does not get to dictate which image is used.

Having said all that, a new image could solve the problem. We had the same issue arise on the Bryan Lee O'Malley article, where in that case Mr. O'Malley asked readers of his livejournal to remove the only image of him in the article, as he hated the photo. After the problem was explained to him on his talk page here on Wikipedia, Mr. O'Malley kindly uploaded a better image that is now used in the article. --Skeezix1000 (talk) 22:51, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
