Rephrase?[edit]

I'm tired and I phrased the bit about "Voodoo" Macbeth being on film poorly. Feel free to rephrase it. Chowbok 05:38, 27 Mar 2005 (UTC)

It and The Cradle Will Rock shouldn't even be here, they were part of the Federal Theatre Project, it was after they left that (or kicked out in the wake of The Cradle Will Rock fiasco) that Welles & Houseman founded the Mercury Theatre. Maybe mention those productions in a 'pre-Mercury' exposition? LamontCranston 16:26, 14 Aug 2007 (UTC)

No Citations??[edit]

I don't really know enough about the topic to add anything, but there is not a single note or cited source for the whole article. Is there anyone out there that can give a hand with it? 67.246.129.143 (talk) 03:31, 31 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in Mercury Theatre[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Mercury Theatre's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "Houseman RT":

  • From Orson Welles theatre credits: Houseman, John, Run-Through: A Memoir. New York: Simon & Schuster, 1972, ISBN 0-671-21034-3
  • From Comedy Theatre (New York City): Houseman, John (1972). Run-Through: A Memoir. New York: Simon & Schuster. ISBN 0-671-21034-3.
  • From The War of the Worlds (radio drama): Houseman, John, Run Through: A Memoir. New York: Simon & Schuster, 1972, ISBN 0-671-21034-3

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 17:00, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

All taken care of — thanks. WFinch (talk) 19:44, 4 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
