Need references for existence of this highway[edit]

I've done a lot of Google searching and reading of online maps and I can't find any strong evidence that a Mexican Federal Highway 28 exists. A blog site with a nice list of most (maybe all) of Mexico's Federal Highways at this site states that Hwy. 28 is the highway from Ciudad Serdán, Puebla to Tehuacán, Puebla but this doesn't seem to be the case. Another Google result said this route connects San Salvador el Seco, Puebla to Azumbilla, Puebla. This doesn't seem to be correct, either. The only Mexican Federal Highway routes that I'm seeing are 114, 135/135D and 150/150D. Does anyone have a good source to verify this route number? Bumm13 (talk) 18:13, 1 July 2010 (UTC)
