Mike Fisher (musician)[edit]

Mike Fisher (musician) is lkd from

Vital Information, as part of one of the 14 no-article albums, where he was one of 6 percussionists among 14 musicians.

and from

Roger Fisher (guitarist), his brother's bio, in order to mention that he screwed a musician who would become notable and was "(drummer, producer, sound engineer and at times, manager)"

but merely mentioned in Heart (band), which says

"Mike Fisher, Roger's brother, was set to be drafted. When he did not report for duty, his home was raided, but he slipped out a rear window and escaped to Canada."
and
"Manager, engineer, producer, light man, and prior to Nancy joining the group, guitar", i.e. in the first rougly 3 years, out of the roughly 13 that it took to release the first record,
and
(in a footnote:)
Other than being Roger Fisher's brother and, for a period, Ann Wilson's boyfriend, it is difficult to verify Mike Fisher's role(s) in the band.
(That's in an enormous footnote, that exhaustively documents that difficulty!)

So it's hard to imagine this entry ever meeting the spirit of MoSDab:

* Mike Fisher (musician), American musician, and with his brother Roger, a founding member of Heart (band)

Two more[edit]

  1. This guy had a Hollywood career, but not a notable one. (There seem to be about 4000 active screenwriters out there; our bios already cover 2300 Americans, including retired and dead ones, FWIW.) His mention is limited to naming him second among two writers on the film.
    * Michael Fisher (screenwriter), American screenwriter whose works include the 1968 film Killers Three
  2. This one appears on two lists that are essentially 3-column tables with probably 90% redlinks, and in one four-sent stub, where one sent is a list of 6 rdlk'd names and two bio-articles; no mention in the blue-lkd article of the entry. IMO evidence of notability could emerge, but is unlikely.
    * Michael Fisher (politician), (born 1965), American politician, member of the Vermont House of Representatives.
