Formatting[edit]

I cleaned up a big mess of formatting. Looked like someone edited the page with an HTML WYSIWYG editor and put <font> tags all over the place. An important piece I didn't fix is references; can somebody look at cleaning that up?' 190.188.180.148 (talk) 18:59, 27 March 2009 (UTC)

Can someone put dates in parenthesis for terms like "currently"?
