The word "fell"[edit]

There's been some confusion in past edits about how to treat the word "fells" gramatically. "Fell" is an archaic English term for a rocky ridge. So it can be treated the same way you would if the reservation were named something like "Middlesex Hills." "The Middlesex Fells" can be used in the singular as a proper noun, or "the fells" in the plural as an improper noun, particularly if referring specifically to those terrain features.
