NPOV[edit]

I don't know how to flag things for a lack of NPOV, but what's this nonsense at the bottom of the article about the "extremely left-leaning" Atlanta Journal & Constitution? Pfft. Only in GA... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.175.206.68 (talk) 23:20, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I worked for Mr. Bowers during part of his tenure as GA Atty Gen. I made some edits to this article yesterday (12/02/09) because the article as originally written did not have NPOV and contained several misstatements. It was probably originally written by some of Bowers' political opponents. I inserted several footnotes to neutral sources and removed some cits. to biased sources. Date of birth[edit]

Part of the confusion about his date of birth may stem from the fact that two persons named Michael Joseph Bowers attended the United States Military Academy. Mike Bowers the politician was born in Georgia in 1941, graduated in 1963 and became an Air Force officer. The other person with the same name was born in Indiana in 1942, graduated in 1964 and served as an Army airborne artillery officer. – Maliepa (talk) 12:07, 24 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
