Birthdate[edit]

Redirect[edit]

I changed this page to a redirect to Mike Henry (television writer/producer) because that page was created first and its title is more specific (There's already an actor named Mike Henry at Mike Henry). - JSmith60 22:39, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Liberal parents"[edit]

Um, this is a descriptor that only makes sense if one is familiar with the current allegations of "liberality" in the Family Guy or The Cleveland Show. It does not belong there as a meaningful adjective otherwise. There are accepted ways of explaining that his parents were Liberal-leaning and that influenced him.

Here is the current sentence: "Mike Henry was born to liberal parents, both of whom were artists professionally. He also has a younger brother, Patrick Henry."

I just wanted to start a discussion about this and I don't want to rewrite the sentence now, in a quick way. Maybe a better way to write it would be, "Mike Henry was born to parents who were both professional artists. They raised him with a Liberal philosophy...." I believe that this guy is more notable than the American football player Mike Henry. Also, this Mike Henry isn't just a voice actor - he's also a writer, animator, producer, singer and comedian. - Unreal7 (talk) 11:26, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose "Mike Henry" is a common name, and no evidence that the voice actor is "much more likely than any other topic" to be sought per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. Also, case to be made that the dab page Mike Henry should redirect to Michael Henry, which has more people still, some of whom may also be known as "Mike". The voice actor may do many other things, but so do all people, and the voice acting is what he's apparently notable for. ENeville (talk) 23:11, 15 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
