- I should add, though, that you do not need any magical powers to move a page to a nonexistent namespace. The move page is *actually* intended for complex and tricky things, not simple things like this.
- For this, you just needed someone with enough hours under their belt that they have their moving abilities unlocked. So if you need a simple move like this done and you don't have the rights, just bug someone experienced-looking, rather than tying it up in the admin page (which takes a LOT longer to get dealt with).
