[edit] Mention of particle physics?

Shouldn't Particle physics be mentioned in the article as also being related? This comment section can be deleted if some physicist out there resolves this. 5Q5 15:18, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

No, the effects on the scale of elementary particle physics don't really play a role in molecular physics. You'd have to consider the internal structure of the nuclei to require those theories. 139.18.17.45 (talk) 16:20, 17 February 2010 (UTC)
