Notability[edit]

I'd like to see an article on this blog, as I'd heard of it and I think it has an impact. However, at the moment it clearly doesn't appear to fit WP:WEB, "multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the site itself," or the other inapplicable criteria. It may be premature to have an article on this blog at this time. By the way, if I'm wrong in my analysis, please let me know. ScottyBerg (talk) 14:04, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I found another article in Infotrac. I personally think two, independent sources, plus the context, are enough to establish notability, but if you want to run it by AfD, I don't mind. Cla68 (talk) 23:45, 13 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The second article mentions the blog, but is about the author. ScottyBerg (talk) 23:52, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It confirms that she came to the notice of the Senate through her blog. Cla68 (talk) 00:06, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
How would you feel about a merge with Iraq War misappropriations? ScottyBerg (talk) 20:00, 16 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I think it's a fair suggestion, but this blog covers a lot more than allegations of contractor corruption. My own perusal of its content, and this is mentioned in the more recent source, shows that it also gets heavily into claims of injuries suffered by contract employees and problems with getting their former employers to address them. I really have my doubts about this blog's notability at this point in time. But then I read stuff like this[1] and I wonder. Let's wait a while on this and see if any coverage arises. ScottyBerg (talk) 21:45, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
