Multichannel Marketing allows a business to expand its visibility in the market. Given the current internet web world, it is very difficult for individual businesses to be visible to its potential customers unless they are already a big brand with a very big customer base and visibility.

How can a small business with its outstanding product range be visible to its potential customers? Answer to this question is it cannot be visible with the current marketing options.

Multichannel Marketing provides a way to increase this possibility.

With MultiChannel, a merchant can connect all of his different marketing channels into one single administration software and can keep on adding new marketing channels to his business.

A merchant can now have his own website (ecommerce website), retail shop (with epos), link to serveral other marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, GobbleWobble) and Telesales IVR and other portals.

Being on marketplaces and channels, which are already visible in the internet world and which are already working, merchant can increase his visibility with none or very little overhead cost of adding a new marketing channel.

Also with added channels, it not only does marketing of the merchants products but can actually do sales!!!

MultiChannel Marketing and retail are considered to be the best way the online marketing can evolve and it can be predicted that most of the businesses will go the Multi-channel way because of lot of benefits it provides with very little new or ongoing costs.

There are few solution providers, which currently provide a multi-Channel retail and ecommerce solutions. some of the prominient ones are SAP, IBM and RiteCart MultiChannel solution provided by Palindrome Software Labs Ltd, London, UK
